UX Researcher (m/f/d)

Job description


As a UX Researcher at Superlist you will be responsible for making sure that the product team is set up for success and that we’re making the most impactful product for our customers. You’ll spend your time listening to and understanding the needs and goals of our users, testing concepts until every feature is loved, and helping identify the wow moments that ensure we’re building a truly human-focused productivity platform. Job requirements


  • Knowledge of research tools/methodology with the ability to create research plans that outline your role and what is needed from other team members

  • Developing discussion or moderator guides for user sessions

  • Facilitating, moderating, and summarizing findings into actionable insights

  • Conducting usability testing of clickable prototypes and the live app

  • Collaborating with design to form well-validated recommendations for the product based on your research insights

  • You are highly motivated to shape and build a product that will be used by yourself and millions of others every day

  • You have great communication skills; experience in working in a remote-first environment on a distributed team is a huge plus

  • You can formulate and explain complex decision-making processes that impact customers, products, and business

  • Experience with quantitative and statistical research methods based on existing user analytics

  • Bonus for being located within one of our employee hubs (Seattle, Vancouver (BC), Berlin, Amsterdam)
