Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Job description


We are looking for someone who will own and shape the voice and tone of Superlist's app presence across all marketing channels and in the app itself. If you are the right person for this role, you will take care of our Superlist channels on Twitter & Facebook, write copy for our website and newsletters, and make important decisions on what language to use in the app's UI.

You will work closely with Engineering and Design teams and make strategic decisions for App and Marketing development. You'll respond to customers across all channels, think about marketing campaigns, and work on the execution.



Job requirements


  • You have worked on managing social media channels and building an online community for Software products before
  • You have experience in recording and creating marketing videos
  • You have experience in close collaboration with Design teams on creating marketing assets
  • You have run newsletter campaigns before, including writing engaging and exciting content
  • You have written blog posts for a broad range of diverse customers, from tech to non-technical backgrounds
  • You have a customer-first approach, understanding that every detail in an application is there to provide a great experience
  • You are highly motivated to shape a product that will be used by yourself every day
  • You have excellent communication skills and experience in working in a remote-first environment on a distributed team
  • You have experience working with task management & project management software and other productivity apps, to understand the perspective of our customers 
  • You live in the US or Canada
